While the footprint remained the same, several significant changes were made to the interior and exterior. There were now four duplex apartments and one top-floor penthouse apartment, and the new building structure was taller than the original. The old-fashioned “lie on your belly” windows were either paired with skylights or expanded into dormer windows.
