Williams House

The structure, now known as the Williams House, was built in the mid-1830s as housing for whaling industry workers. By the time the Bio Lab existed, the house was called the Wheeler Residence. James Wheeler regularly supplied the Bio Lab with potatoes for the summer season at the request of Charles Davenport.
