The 1982 Reginald Gordon Harris Building was designed to resemble a 19th-century barn. It totals 6,372 square feet and utilizes high-efficiency components such as solar collection panels on the roof, windowless rooms, partial below-grade construction, and reflective, mirrored glass in the entrance. The structural system utilized fireproof masonry and frame and pre-stressed concrete plank fabrication.
