Already serving the diverse design needs of the Laboratory for over eight years, the architecture firm of Moore Grover Harper (later known as Centerbrook) designed the Harris Building. The general contractor was Micon Construction of Lynbrook, N.Y., and the Landscape Architect was Innocenti & Webel of Greenvale, N.Y. The final cost of the building was $1.4 million.
