The single-story Freeman Building was built with a large window in its gable end, dark brown clapboarded walls, dark red and blue trim, and a roof of copper, foil-coated shingles. The windows throughout are abundant and generously sized. It was built by Centerbrook architects in a contextual style to blend with nearby buildings.
