As of April 1, 1995, Jack Richards completed his 25th year as Director of Building and Grounds and became Assistant Director for Special Projects. As reported in the 1994 CSHL Annual Report, at a March dinner celebrating his tremendous contributions to the CSHLs, it was announced that the new Building and Grounds facility would be named the Richards Building.
