The 1998 Banbury Annual Report announced the most significant change to Banbury Center being the addition of the Meier House to the estate. Located immediately across from the Meeting House Conference Room, this house belonged to Dr. Walter and Mrs. Anne Meier, who was one of the daughters of the philanthropists Charles and Marie Robertson.
