Between 1972 and 1975, Charles Sammis Robertson donated the assembled estate of the Robertsons and the Sammises located along Banbury Lane in Lloyd Harbor. The main house is used for accommodations and dining.

Accommodations for an additional 23 participants are provided in the large cottages, Sammis Hall (opened in 1981), and the Meier House (purchased in 1997).
