Hooper from the Northeast

This house was referred to as "Hooper Hall" after the Brooklyn Institute general director and Bio Lab secretary, Franklin Hooper. Hooper House was acquired in 1895, and in the late 1890s, the ground floor of Hooper became a dining hall. The house was also used as a Women's Dormitory.
