This two-story guest house designed by the Connecticut firm Moore Grover Harper has sixteen guest rooms. They are two-bedroom suites with baths and are centered by a two-story hall topped by a light-yielding attic cupola. It was built with a wood-frame construction covered in a pale terra cotta and light grey stucco, sporting arched cut-outs, a cornice, and a sweeping staircase.
