The former garage on the Lloyd Harbor Robertson Estate, which was designed in 1936 by Mott B. Shmidt, was transformed in 1977 by Moore Grover Harper Architects (now Centerbrook). The single-story brick and shingle structure was changed to utilize the three bays as a technology rigged, central conference room, an east wing of staff offices, and a west wing library and lounge.
