History of Genome Research via CSHL Oral History Project

The field of Molecular Biology emerged in the 20th century through the application of physical and chemical principles to the study of biology. The CSHL Oral History Collection includes interviews with many of the pioneers of molecular biology, such as James D. Watson, Sydney Brenner, Matthew Meselson, John Sulston, Rob Martienssen, Lee Hood, and Dick McCombie.
