Steps to use our new interlibrary loan and document delivery service:

Click on ILL from the library home page
Click on First Time User
Enter your email password. If you don’t remember it, call the IT help desk.
You will need to enter a new external password. Illiad is the first of several new CSHL services that will use this password.

Log into ILLiad. The first time you enter, you will be asked to fill in a little more information about your preferences.

You can request items directly, or take a shortcut and click on the Find It! button. The ILLiad link will pass over all the information about your book or article. This is by far the quickest way to use the system, and is enhanced by having a My NCBI account if you use Pubmed frequently.

When the item arrives, you can view it from your ILLIad account.
